GCB-180 Bed Frame Assembly Guide

Congratulations on your new 5' bed! Please follow these instructions carefully for a safe and easy assembly process.

Before You Begin:

• The bed frame is packed in 1 carton (KD style).

• Check all parts and tools listed on page 2 before starting.

• Assemble on a level, even surface.

• Avoid using power tools—they may damage the frame.

• Loosely secure all bolts at first; fully tighten them only once assembly is complete.

Safety and Care Advice:

• Always lift the bed with two people.

• Keep small parts away from children.

• Stop using the bed if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Periodically check and tighten all screws to keep the frame secure.

• Keep the frame away from direct sunlight.

• Clean with a cloth and mild detergent.

WARNING: On non-carpeted floors, place feet pads under all legs to prevent movement and potential collapse.

Assembly Steps:

Step 1:

• Attach the plastic legs to the bottom of the headboard and footboard using bolts.

• Connect the side rails A and B with the cross bar using bolts.

• Attach the side rail frame to the headboard and footboard using bolts, washers D, and washers E.

• Secure the side support legs to the bottom of the side rail frame using bolts.

Step 2:

• Attach the central support bars to the middle of the headboard and footboard using bolts.

• Secure the centre support legs to the bottom of the cross bar using bolts.

Step 3:

• Slot the slats into the end slat caps and central slat caps, then attach them to the side rails and central support bar.

• Press everything firmly into place. Once all parts are positioned, fully tighten all bolts. Assembly is now complete!
