GCB-180 Bed Frame

Introduction

Thank you for choosing the GCB-180 Bed Frame, available in 3', 4', and 4'6" sizes. This bed is designed for convenient home assembly and is packed in a single carton using a Knock Down (KD) style format for easy handling.

Before you begin, please read these instructions thoroughly to ensure a safe and efficient assembly process. Proper setup not only guarantees structural integrity but also extends the lifespan of your bed frame.

Assembly Guidelines

• Assemble on a flat, even surface to maintain balance and prevent misalignment.

• Do not use power tools—manual assembly is required to avoid damaging the frame or components.

• Insert and secure all parts and bolts loosely at first. Only once the full frame is assembled should all screws be fully tightened.

• All necessary parts and tools are listed on page 2 of this manual—please check that everything is included before starting.

Safety & Care Instructions

• Always lift the frame with two people when moving or repositioning.

• Keep small parts out of reach of children to prevent choking hazards.

• Do not use the bed frame if any components are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Regularly inspect and tighten all screws and fixings to ensure the frame remains secure.

• Protect from direct sunlight and clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent as needed.

Important Warning

If placing the bed frame on a non-carpeted floor, it is essential to use feet pads under all legs to prevent movement. Failure to do so may result in instability and will void any guarantee in the event of collapse.
