How to Assemble Your New Bed Frame: A Step-by-Step Guide

Congratulations on purchasing your new bed frame! Before you begin assembling, please read the following instructions carefully to ensure safe and correct assembly.

Important Assembly Instructions

• Read the entire instruction manual before starting.

• The bed frame is packaged in three cartons for convenient handling and shipping.

• Check that you have all the parts and tools listed on the second page before beginning assembly.

• Assemble on a level, even surface to ensure stability.

• Avoid using power tools, as they may damage the frame.

• Secure all parts and bolts loosely at first—only tighten fully once the frame is completely assembled.

Safety and Care Advice

• Always lift and move the bed frame with two people to prevent injury or damage.

• Keep small parts out of reach of children to ensure their safety.

• If any part of the bed frame is missing, damaged, or worn, stop using it immediately.

• Periodically check and tighten all screws and fixings to ensure the frame remains secure.

• Avoid placing the bed in direct sunlight to prevent damage.

• For maintenance, clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent only.

WARNING:
If your bed is on a non-carpeted floor, be sure to place feet pads under all legs to prevent movement. If you skip this step, there is no guarantee if the bed frame collapses.

Parts and Hardware List

Below is a quick reference to the parts and hardware you’ll need (all found in Box 2):

Note: You may receive extra hardware—only the listed quantity is required.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

Step 1:

Position the side rails adjacent to the headboard and footboard using the corner brackets and bolts A. Then fix the angle brackets to the footboard. Attach the crossbar on the side rail.

Step 2:

Secure the gas piston set to the holes in the side rails using bolts B. Tighten the gas piston set itself using nuts D.

Step 3:

Press the small button on the frame joint cap and insert the cap to join the gas lift frame into a complete set. Secure the central support bar to the middle of the frame using nuts D and bolts E.

Step 4:

Fasten the gas lift frame from Step 3 onto the gas piston set from Step 2 using bolts C.

Step 5:

Slot the slats into the end slat caps and central slat caps as shown in the diagram. Secure the slats to the sidebars and press them firmly into place. After ensuring everything is in position, fully tighten all bolts. Assembly is complete!
