GCB-I20 Bed Frame Assembly Guide

Congratulations on your new bed! Please follow these instructions carefully for safe and proper assembly.

Before You Begin:

• The bed frame comes in 4 cartons (KD style).

• Check all parts and tools on page 2 before starting.

• Assemble on a level, even surface.

• Avoid using power tools, as they may damage the frame.

• Secure all bolts loosely at first, then fully tighten them once assembly is complete.

Safety and Care Advice:

• Always lift the bed with two people to reposition safely.

• Keep small parts away from children.

• Stop using the bed if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Periodically check all screws and fixings to ensure stability.

• Keep the bed away from direct sunlight.

• Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

WARNING: On non-carpeted floors, use feet pads under all legs to prevent movement and potential collapse.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach wooden legs to the bottom of the headboard and footboard using bolts C.

2. Connect side rails to the headboard and footboard using corner brackets and bolts A.

3. Attach the central support bar with bolts A. Insert support legs using bolts B, nuts D, and washers E.

4. Slot slats into the end slat caps and central slat caps, then press them into place on the side rails and support bar.

5. Assemble each drawer by attaching the base support to the inner front and back using bolts F and nuts G. Connect the sides to the inner front and back, then insert the drawer base into the grooves. Attach the second side.

6. Flip the drawer upside down and attach drawer wheels using bolts I. Secure the drawer to the drawer front using bolts H, ensuring proper alignment. Repeat for all 4 drawers.

7. Place the 4 drawers on the ground and slide them carefully under the bed frame. Finally, fully tighten all bolts. Assembly is complete!
