Introduction

Welcome to the assembly guide for the GCB-1361 Bed Frame, available in both 4'6" and 5' sizes. Designed with ease of assembly in mind, this bed is packaged in four cartons using a Knock Down (KD) style format for efficient transport and handling.

To ensure a smooth and safe assembly process, we strongly advise that you read through these instructions carefully before beginning. Following the correct procedure will help prevent damage and ensure that your bed is assembled securely and correctly.

Assembly Instructions

  • Assemble the frame on a flat, level surface to maintain stability.

  • Do not use power tools—manual assembly is recommended to avoid damaging components.

  • Ensure all components are present as listed on page 2 before you start.

  • Fit all parts and bolts loosely at first. Once the full frame is assembled, you may then fully tighten all screws.

Safety & Maintenance Tips

  • Always use two people to lift or reposition the bed frame.

  • Keep all small parts out of reach of children to prevent safety hazards.

  • Do not use the bed frame if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

  • Perform regular checks to ensure all screws and fixings remain tight.

  • Keep the bed away from direct sunlight, and clean it using a soft cloth and mild detergent.

Important Notice

If placing the bed on a non-carpeted surface, be sure to use feet pads under all legs to prevent movement. Failure to do so may result in instability and will void the warranty in the event of collapse.
