Important Pre-Assembly Tips

• Assemble on a level, even surface such as a carpeted floor.

• Confirm all parts are present before starting.

• Loosely secure all bolts during initial assembly. Tighten them only after the frame is fully built.

• Keep the spray-painted side of any glass panels facing downward (if applicable).

• Do not jump or apply excessive pressure on the chairs.

• Keep sharp objects and heat sources away from cushions, wicker, and glass.

• Treat any signs of rust with a suitable anti-rust product.

• Store in a dry place during bad weather or long periods of non-use.

• Keep all small parts away from children.

Rattan Chair Assembly Instructions

Parts List:

• A: Back Panel ×4

• B: Seat Panel ×4

• C: Right Side Panel ×4

• D: Left Side Panel ×4

• E: Seat Cushion ×4

Hardware:

• F: M6×25mm Bolt ×16

• G: M6×35mm Bolt ×8

• H: M6×40mm Bolt ×16

• I: M14mm Washer ×40

• J: M4 Allen Key ×1

Step-by-Step Assembly:

Step 1:

Attach the seat panel (B) to the back panel (A) using M6×35mm bolts (G) and washers (I).

Step 2:

Insert the side panels (C and D) into the hinges of the back panel (A). Then secure the side panels to the back and seat panels using:

• M6×25mm bolts (F)

• M6×40mm bolts (H)

• Washers (I)

Ensure all bolts are loosely fitted at first. Once the frame is fully aligned, tighten all bolts securely.

Final Step:

Place the seat cushion (E) in position.
