927 Rattan Cube Set – Assembly Guide

The 927 Rattan Cube Set is a functional and elegant outdoor dining and seating solution. Designed with space-saving features, the chairs and stools tuck neatly under the table. Packed across 4 cartons, this set includes 6 chairs and 1 table. Follow the steps below for smooth and safe assembly.

Important Pre-Assembly Tips

• Assemble on a flat, even surface (e.g., carpet or floor mat).

• Confirm all parts and tools are present before starting.

• Loosely assemble all bolts until the frame is complete; only then tighten them fully.

• Place the spray-painted side of the glass downward.

• Avoid jumping or applying excessive weight to the furniture.

• Keep sharp objects and heat sources away from cushions, wicker, or glass.

• Treat any corrosion promptly with anti-rust products.

• Store the set in a dry location during extended non-use or bad weather.

• Keep all small parts away from children.

Chair Assembly (×6)

Parts List:

• A-1: Right Side Panel ×6

• B-1: Left Side Panel ×6

• C-1: Back Panel ×6

• D-1: Seat Panel ×6

• E-1: Backrest Panel ×6

• F-1: Back Cushion ×6

• G-1: Seat Cushion ×6

Hardware:

• H: M6×40mm Bolt ×60

• I: M14mm Washer ×60

• J: Allen Key ×1

Steps:

1. Attach side panels (A-1 & B-1) to back panel (C-1) using bolts (H) and washers (I).

2. With the back panel (C-1) facing down, install the seat panel (D-1) between the sides.

3. Set the chair upright and install the backrest panel (E-1).

4. Repeat these steps to assemble the remaining 5 chairs.

Note: The backrests are rotatable for compact storage.

Table Assembly

Parts List:

• A-2: Short Foot Panel ×2

• B-2: Long Foot Panel ×1

• C-2: Table Frame ×1

• D-2: Glass Panel ×1

Hardware:

• K: M6×15mm Bolt ×12

• I: M14mm Washer ×12

• T: M4 Allen Key ×1

Steps:

1. Flip the table frame (C-2) upside down.

2. Attach the long foot panel (B-2) to the frame using bolts (K) and washers (I).

3. Insert short foot panels (A-2) into both ends of the long panel and secure them into the frame.

4. Flip the table upright and gently place the glass panel (D-2) on top, painted side down.
