SALVADOR 4’ Bed Frame Assembly Guide

Congratulations on your new bed! Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a safe and proper assembly of your Salvador 4’ bed frame.


Important Safety Information:

  • Do not jump on the bed frame.

  • Do not use the bed if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

  • Do not use the bed unless all fixings are fully secured.

  • Always assemble on a level, even surface.

  • WARNING: On non-carpeted floors, use protection under all legs to prevent movement and potential collapse.


Care & Maintenance:

  • Periodically check and tighten all screws and fixings.

  • Never push the bed frame; always lift with two people to reposition.

  • Keep sharp objects away from the frame to prevent damage.

Note: A screwdriver, small mallet, and M11 spanner (not provided) are required.


Assembly Steps:

Step 1:

  • Attach the support legs (7) to the centre rail (6) using hardware parts H and N.

  • Insert wooden dowels (B) into the side rails (4) using a small mallet (not provided).

Step 2:

  • Insert wooden dowels (A) into the headend panel (1), footend panel (8), and headend rail (11) using a small mallet.

Step 3:

  • Attach the right (2) and left (3) headend posts to the headend panel (1) and headend rail (11) using hardware parts J and N.

Step 4:

  • Attach the right (9) and left (10) footend posts to the footend panel (8) using hardware parts J and N.

Step 5:

  • Fix metal bracket (M) to the headend rail (11) and footend panel (8) using hardware part C with a screwdriver (not provided).

Step 6:

  • Attach the side rails (4) to the headend posts using hardware parts K, L, and N.

  • Secure the centre rail (6) using hardware parts F and G with an M11 spanner.

Step 7:

  • Attach the footend using hardware parts K, L, and N, and fix the centre rail (6) using hardware parts F and G with an M11 spanner.

Step 8:

  • Secure the slats (5) in place using hardware parts D and O with a screwdriver (not provided), starting from the ends and working towards the middle.

  • Attach the headend plinth (12) using hardware part E and a screwdriver.

Once all parts are in place, fully tighten all fixings and ensure the bed is stable and secure.
