SANTOS 4.6' Pine Bed Frame Assembly Guide

Congratulations on your new bed! Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe and proper assembly of your SANTOS 4.6' bed frame.

Important Safety Information:

• Do not jump on the bed frame.

• Do not use the bed if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Do not use the bed unless all fixings are secured.

• Keep small parts out of the reach of children.

• Always assemble on a level, even surface.

• WARNING: On non-carpeted floors, place protection under all legs to prevent movement and potential collapse.

Care & Maintenance:

• Assemble the bed in the room where it will be used.

• Periodically check and tighten all screws and fixings.

• Never push the bed frame; always lift with two people to reposition.

• Keep sharp objects away from the bed frame to avoid damage.

Assembly Steps:

Step 1:

• Insert wooden dowels (D) into the headboard (3) and rail (6).

• Set up the legs (1 and 2) in the headboard (3) and rail (6), securing with bolts (C) using the Allen key (E).

Step 2:

• Insert wooden dowels (D) into the rail (6), then set up the legs (4 and 5) in the rail (6).

• Secure with bolts (C) using the Allen key (E).

Step 3:

• Insert wooden dowels (D) into the side rails (7).

• Set up the footend and headboard in the side rails (7), then secure using bolt (A) and elliptical nut (B) with the Allen key (E).

Step 4:

• Install the brackets (H) on the footend and headboard using screws (I) with a Philips screwdriver (not provided).

Step 5:

• Attach the center rail (9) to the center rail feet (10) using screws (J) with a Philips screwdriver (not provided).

Step 6:

• Install the assembled center rail into the bed frame.

• Attach the bracket (H) with screws (I) using a Philips screwdriver (not provided).

Step 7:

• Position the slats (8), spacing them evenly using spacer blocks (F).

• Secure the slats with screws (G) using a Philips screwdriver (not provided).

Once all parts are correctly positioned, fully tighten all screws and bolts to ensure a stable and secure bed frame.
