Assembling your new GCB-707 3ft bed frame is straightforward with the right tools and instructions. This guide walks you through the full process, ensuring safety, stability, and ease.

What’s Included in the Box

The bed frame is shipped in 3 cartons, containing all required parts and hardware. Ensure you have the following before beginning:

• Right Bedside x1

• Left Bedside x1

• Long Cross Bar A x1

• Long Cross Bar B x1

• End Support Legs x2

Hardware

• M6×12mm Bolts (A) x8

• M6×52mm Bolts (B) x4

• M8×20mm Bolts (C) x8

• M6 Nuts x4

• M4 Allen Key x1

• M6 Spanner x1

Note: Some fittings may be extra.

Important Safety Advice

• Always assemble on a flat, even surface.

• Do not use power tools—manual assembly avoids damage.

• Lift with two people when repositioning the bed.

• Check and tighten screws periodically for stability.

• Use feet pads on non-carpeted floors to prevent movement.

• For adult use only—not suitable for children or toddlers.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Build the Frame

• Attach the Right and Left Bedside Panels to both Long Cross Bars (A & B) using M6×12mm Bolts (A).

• Use the Allen key to tighten bolts loosely (final tightening comes later).

Step 2: Add End Support Legs

• Attach End Support Legs to the side panels using M6×52mm Bolts (B) and M6 Nuts.

• Secure with both the Allen key and Spanner.

Step 3: Secure to Headboard & Footboard

• Attach the frame to the Headboard and Footboard using M8×20mm Bolts (C).

• Once all parts are correctly aligned, fully tighten all bolts.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Wipe with a cloth and mild detergent.

• Avoid direct sunlight to preserve material quality.
