The GCB-702 Trundle Bed is a compact, space-saving design ideal for guest rooms or children’s bedrooms. Built for durability and easy storage, this trundle bed includes a foldable leg system and wheeled frame. Use the following instructions to assemble it safely and correctly.

Important Pre-Assembly Tips

• Assemble on a flat, even surface.

• Use only the tools provided; avoid power tools to prevent damage.

• Do not fully tighten any bolts until the bed is fully assembled and aligned.

• Two people are recommended for lifting and positioning the frame.

• Place feet pads under all legs if placing on non-carpeted flooring to prevent shifting or collapse.

• Keep small parts away from children.

• Regularly check and retighten screws and fixings as part of ongoing maintenance.

• Clean using a cloth and mild detergent; avoid direct sunlight exposure.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Frame Setup

• Attach the two short side rails to one long side rail using bolts (A) and nuts (E).

• Secure the second long side rail to complete the rectangle.

Step 2: Support Bar & Cross Bars

• Attach the central support bar between the short side rails using bolts (B) and nuts (E).

• Connect both cross bars between the central support bar and long side rails using bolts (C, D) and nuts (F).

Step 3: Folding Legs & Wheels

• Attach the folding legs to the underside of the bed using bolts (C) and nuts (F).

• Insert the wheels into the legs using the Allen keys and spanners provided.

Step 4: Slats Installation

• Slot each slat into the end slat caps.

• Place the assembled slats onto the long side rails and press them down until they’re secured.

After confirming everything is correctly positioned, fully tighten all bolts.
