ATLAS 4'6" Bed Frame Assembly Guide

Congratulations on your new bed! Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a safe and proper assembly.

Important Safety Information:

• Do not jump on the bed frame.

• Do not use the bed frame if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.

• Do not use the bed frame unless all fixings are secured.

• Keep small parts out of reach of children.

• Always use on a level, even surface.

• WARNING: On non-carpeted floors, place protection under all legs to prevent movement and potential collapse.

Care & Maintenance:

• Assemble in the room of use.

• Periodically check and tighten all screws and fixings.

• Never push the bed frame as it may damage the legs. Always lift with two people to reposition.

• Keep sharp objects away from the frame.

Parts List:

Hardware:

• A: M6 x 16mm JCBC Screw (8)

• B: M6 x 50mm JCBC Screw (4)

• C: M6 Nut (10)

• D: M6 x 35mm JCBC Screw (6)

• M4 & M5 Allen Keys (provided)

Assembly Steps:

Step 1:

• Attach the Side Supports (3) to the Headend (1) and Footend (2) using hardware part (A).

• Do not use power tools to avoid damage and warranty issues.

Step 2:

• Position the Side Frames (4) at the bottom of the Side Supports and secure with hardware part (B).

Step 3:

• Place the Mid Supports (5) on top of the Side Frames and secure with hardware parts (H) and (I).

Step 4:

• Attach the Base Legs (6) to the Mid Supports using hardware parts (C) and (D).

Step 5:

• Insert the Double Slat Caps (E) onto the Mid Supports.

• Place the Single Slat Caps (F) onto each Slat (7) and firmly press into the Side Supports.

• Insert hardware part (G) into the Headend and Footend.

After checking all parts are in place, fully tighten all bolts. Assembly is now complete!
